GETTING STARTED:
The typical first appointment for our new patients is likely to include a review of your oral health history, a comprehensive exam, various screenings and any necessary x-rays. To schedule your first appointment, please call us at (978) 683-5311.
If possible, please print and complete the forms below and either email them to us or bring them with you to your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS:
Please call today for your appointment (appointments cannot be requested by e-mail). We are pleased to be able to accommodate most special schedule requirements you might have, and when necessary and possible, can offer early morning and evening appointment times.
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Failed appointments will be subject to a fee.
